Why pay Oura $60 a month to tell you how long you slept? Look at a fucking clock before bed and when you get up. It’s not rocket science and even a lawyer like me can do a little math.

That’s not all there is to it. I don’t know how good Oura is at determining sleep stages (I use my Apple Watch) but those are important.
