The laws of nature are not omnipotent at all. We don't know if they are omnipresent -- and wouldn't quantum limits say otherwise? As we've been nowhere but here and not very long at that, I'm not going to give you universal either.

Finally, "gods" always have agency. Physics does not. It's feel good mumbo-jumbo, "Sure, we believe in the same thing, we just different words". Hell no: there are no gods, period.
