There’s a much easier solution to this Daylight Saving Time nonsense. Set the time to be unchanging, it doesn’t matter which. Then businesses who are affected by when the sun rises or sets SIMPLY CHANGE THEIR BUSINESS HOURS TO MEET THEIR NEEDS.

It’s that simple.
