This COVID vaccine process is being handled idiotically.

I have been trying to get an appointment for my wife. She is burdened by arthritis, so we don’t want to travel far. So far, we have been unable to find any nearby source.

Every time we have to answer the same questions and every time it comes back with no available appointments. We try multiple times each day.

A smarter way to do this would be to register ONCE with your travel preferences and preferred times and have them alert you with your appointment. If you can’t make that appointment, you go to the end of the line again — the end of your line, for example the line for people over 75, the line for teachers, and so on.

THAT would be so much more efficient for everyone!
