This makes no sense. I just ran the DA for this, which was a very popular article on my ancient Unix/Linux site.

DA says the DA and Page DA are both 100.

There was a time when that site and page were burning hot. That heat has been gone for decades. I sold it all last year and the guy who bought it has done nothing with it. It might still have enough residual to hit 40 or so, but not 100.

So while I agree Medium is power packed, I'm not sure you can trust this.
