Thoughts on My First 25 and a Half Days on Medium
Should I have waited for 26?
I started here at Medium on the last day of March. Why write up my feelings after twenty five days here instead of a month as any normal person would do?
Because they are my feelings.

I am enjoying writing on Medium. I’ve been writing stuff (yeah, “stuff”, get over it) on the Internetty thingy since the early 1990’s. I’ve written a couple of nearly invisible Kindle ebooks, been published in several obscure and totally defunct technical magazines and I’m a grumpy old retired computer geek who likes to write in the passive voice when I feel like it.
The rest of this post is all Inside Baseball. If you aren’t a writer here at Medium it will be meaningless or confusing. If you are a writer here, it will still be meaningless, because it’s Inside Baseball and you truly have no reason to read another one of these.
Curation
I’ve had six stories curated so far. Percentage-wise, that’s pretty low, but I’m happy because everything I read about curation made me think even getting one was very hard.
