Very few scientists believe in gods.
We DO NOT understand phyics fully and are constantly learning that life can exist in circumstances we thought impossible. Further, we have only ONE instance of life to study. We have NO idea if life can occur with different chemicals or under what environmental conditions.
It is utter nonsense to say that the Universe is tuned for life. Rather, the life we know tuned itself for the conditions that exist.
