I prefer an egg mixed with bits of bread, a spot of milk, and a little pepper in a large mug in the microwave. I blast it a minute at a time, stirring in between, until it’s all nice and firm.

My wife considers that an abomination. Scrambled with cheese is the only egg she wants.
