Well, as I tried to explain, the Boost apparently has more oomph the earlier it starts. So if I nominate a draft and wait till it’s rejected or approved before publishing it, the boosting starts right at publication.

It may be because any reads before the boost only have X value but X + something after. I don’t know, they did not explain it, but they were quite definite.
