I’m 5'10" and weigh 159 lbs.
Some years back I was referred to a cardiologist for what my doctor thought was a heart problem. It was heart related all right; it turned out to be heartburn, but never mind that.
At that time I was 8 lbs heavier than I am now. I was younger, had more muscle and sure, some extra fat too.
When I walked into the cardiologist’s office, he looked at me and said “You should think about losing a little weight.”
Yeah, he wasn't wrong, but I was a bit shocked because he was my height with a big, overflowing gut. An easy 250 pounder or more. And he’s telling me to lose weight??
