Seriously, we might not have found a buyer at $10k, especially since it would have to be moved. It would have cost us $2,000 to leave it there, we’d have to pay someone to show it, and long distance haggling is difficult. We’d had our years of enjoyment. $5k was plenty and they obviously wanted it.
