What they haven’t done yet is offer a plan that would provide me with the latest model. I’d love Apple to just replace my equipment on some cycle I could choose: two year, four year, six year. Package it with AppleCare and just keep billing me. If something is more or less expensive, tell me what the new price is. Let me choose my options and just take care of it.

I’m going to do that anyway, so why not make it easy for me?
