Will Apple’s Universal Control Be Disappointing?

I’m wondering how often I’d use this new feature

Update 3/14/2022: it’s here, and I see nothing to change my mind. What’s the point of this for an iPad? I can see it for controlling two Macs, but I see very little value for a Mac/iPad combo.
