Will they really do this? My feeling is that they will make it more difficult to abort, but not kill it outright. First, that’s easier. Most cases that go that far will be about obstacles, not making abortion illegal.
If they should do that, there goes a gigantic donation pitch. Without abortion, the only big one left is the ACA, which most people outside of corporate shills like, and is very, very hard to replace with anything without other massive flaws.
I think they’d be making a bad political move to let a Roe v. Wade killer get to any court. Not that I have any objection to them tripping over their own feet, of course.
