I really can’t complain about my sleeping habits. I seem to wake up every hour and a half, about the time my last aspirin wears off. But considering that I’m in the last 20% of my lifetime, I appreciate the time dilation or contract…

With me, it's to pee every 2-4 hours. Combine that with some minor stressor like having an early AM medical appointment as I do today, and I'll get up for the day at 3:00 AM or so.
I'll try to get a nap later. Tomorrow is cataract surgery, so I'll probably get up early even though that isn't until 11:00 AM.
