Yeah. Maybe. I really don’t feel my stuff is good enough. I enjoy writing it, but I don’t expect it to ever take off.

I’ve been doing this for many years. I was successful at my own website, but there it was for an audience hungry for technical articles on an obscure operating system.

Everywhere else I wrote (and it has been many places over many years) has had “meh” results. My most successful article at Hubpages is nine years old and only has seen 136,000 views as of today. It gets views frequently, 15 this week, but it never gets much. Other articles of a similar age get half of that and less. All 45 articles there added together have less than half a million views and that’s over ten years. That isn’t exactly viral :)

But that’s OK. It’s only a dribble of money, but it’s fun for me. That’s all I need.
