Yeah, this hits home.

We normally budget $700 a month for food. It’s just the two of us, so that’s not a tight budget at all and we are usually well under. We went over by $200 a month in March and so far in April it looks like we will do that again.

We are retired. If this continues, we’ll have to make deep cuts somewhere else.
