Yes, lists are much easier. Help is available in the medium help center. It’s very simple. You create lists the same way you’d add something to your reading list. Add and remove stories the same way. As I said, look at my Index at my profile to see how I did it, though many others are now doing the same thing. Medium also has a recent blog article about Lists.
