Yup. My breakfast remains the same for years on end, and other meals are repetitious; not the same every day, but drawn from the same small set every week.

I agree that this eliminates wasting time deciding, but for me the important benefit is to keep calories where my weight will be stable and still meet all nutritional needs. It also makes tracking nutrition easier.

And no, I do not get bored :)
