Yup. My wife and I are still okay in our mid seventies and should have enough for at least another twenty years, but it’s that “should” that keeps me constantly looking for things to trim and ways to save.

Our kids say, “Don’t worry, we have money”, but they can be diminished by the same forces that threaten us.

When our money is gone, we can sell our house and have enough to go maybe another ten years while renting. Then we are empty. I honestly hope we die before then.
